Meka is a three year old Wheaton terrier adopted by a senior citizen. She is now having some very serious eye surgery in her future. In order to avoid having Meka spend long periods of time in a kennel, the owner wanted HARP to find a new home for her. Meka is a little timid at first. She wants to take her time and not be pushed to make a new friend. She loves bacon bits and a person who offers them wins her heart. Meka is housebroken and loves to sit on a lap. She also likes to go for walks, even in the rain. If you would like to meet Meka, please email [email removed]. Meka will be at adoptions on Sundays in the Slatten Ranch shopping center from noon to 3p.m. HARP goes to Pet Food Express and Petsmart on Sundays with dogs at 5879 Lone Tree Way, Antioch.
